Irish Moss

Irish Moss is a mineral-rich red seaweed harvested from the Atlantic coasts of North America, the British Isles, and Europe. Its high polysaccharide content creates a naturally gel-like texture that coats and soothes mucous membranes in the respiratory and digestive systems. It provides a broad spectrum of minerals including iodine, bromine, and manganese, and is traditionally valued as a nutrient-dense demulcent for calming coughs, easing ulcers, and supporting overall nourishment.
