What are infused honeys?

Infused honeys are raw clover honey that has been slow-infused with organic herbs, spices, adaptogens, or functional mushrooms over several weeks. The result is a honey that carries the flavor and wellness properties of the infused ingredients. Herban Herbalist makes five varieties ranging from culinary (cinnamon & clove, mint, hibiscus) to functional (Zoom Honey with adaptogens, Shroom Honey with lion's mane and reishi).

What is Shroom Honey?

Shroom Honey is raw clover honey infused with functional mushrooms including lion's mane and reishi. These mushrooms are traditionally used to support cognitive function, immune health, and stress response. It can be stirred into tea, drizzled on toast, or taken by the spoonful.

How do I use infused honey?

Stir into hot tea or coffee, drizzle over oatmeal or yogurt, spread on toast, use as a glaze for cooking, or take a spoonful straight. The culinary honeys (cinnamon & clove, mint, hibiscus) are great in beverages and baking. The functional honeys (Zoom, Shroom) work best taken daily by the spoonful or in warm water.

What sizes are available?

Culinary infused honeys (Cinnamon & Clove, Mint, Hibiscus) come in two sizes ranging from $8 to $15. Functional honeys (Zoom Honey and Shroom Honey) are $21 each in a single size.
