Herbal & Spiritual Consultations
I've been doing consultations for over 30 years. Some people come to me with a specific health question. Others are dealing with something spiritual they can't quite name. Either way, I listen, I assess, and I give you a plan you can actually use.
All sessions are by phone or video call. I draw from Western herbalism, Reiki, and my Sanse practice to give you specific recommendations: herbs, teas, tinctures, baths, ritual tools, whatever fits your situation.

What a Typical Session Looks Like
I start by listening. I ask you what's going on. Not just the symptoms, but when it started, what makes it better or worse, and what you've already tried. If it's a spiritual concern, I ask about your energy, your sleep, what feels blocked.
Then I assess and recommend. If it's a physical issue, I might recommend a specific tea blend or tincture and explain exactly how to prepare it and when to take it. If it's spiritual, I might suggest a cleansing bath, a candle ritual, or a specific prayer practice from the Sanse tradition. Sometimes it's both.
You leave with a plan. Not vague advice. Specific herbs, specific preparations, specific steps you can start the same day.
Custom Products After Your Session
If your session calls for something I don't already carry in the shop, I'll make it for you. Everything is mixed by hand based on what came up in your consultation.

Which session length should I choose?+
If it's your first time, book the 30-minute session. I need time to learn about you and put together a real plan. If you've already worked with me and have a quick question or need a check-in, the 15-minute session works fine.
Are consultations virtual or in person?+
All sessions are virtual, by phone or video call. I work with clients across the country this way.
Do I need a consultation before ordering custom products?+
Yes. I need to understand what's going on with you before I make anything custom. That's what the consultation is for. The products in the regular shop are available to anyone without a session.
What if I need to reschedule?+
No problem. Just give me 24 hours' notice. Email me or use the booking link to pick a new time.
What's the difference between a consultation and the Unstuck Your Life program?+
A consultation is a single session where I assess your situation and give you recommendations. The Unstuck Your Life program is a multi-week commitment that includes consultations, custom products shipped to you, follow-up sessions, and ongoing support. Think of a consultation as the starting point.
Is this a substitute for medical treatment?+
No. I'm a Certified Master Herbalist, not a doctor. My consultations support your wellness alongside whatever care you're already receiving. If something comes up that sounds medical, I'll tell you to see your doctor.
