How do the sessions work?
All sessions are virtual, over video or phone. I'll send you a link when you book. The consultation is where I learn about you and figure out the best approach. Follow-ups (on Jump Start and Full Overhaul) are where we check progress and adjust.
Which tier should I pick?
Quick Boost ($75) is good if you have one specific thing you want help with. Jump Start ($150) is what most people choose because it gives you more time, more products, and a follow-up. Full Overhaul ($300) is for people dealing with multiple issues across body, mind, and spirit who want the most thorough approach.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. You can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Just email me or use the booking link to pick a new time.
Do I get to keep the products?
Yes. Everything I make for your program is yours. The teas, tinctures, sprays, candles, bath blends. I ship them to you as a care package after our consultation.
Is shipping included?
Shipping within the US is included in the price. International shipping may have an additional cost depending on location.

No. I'm a Certified Master Herbalist, not a doctor. My programs support your wellness alongside whatever care you're already receiving. If something comes up that sounds medical, I'll tell you to see your doctor.
