RESPIRATORY TONIC, HERBAL SUPPORT FOR RESPIRATORY WELLNESS
This is one of my simplest formulas, and that's on purpose. Three traditional respiratory herbs, each with centuries of use behind them, working together to support clear, comfortable breathing.
The Formula
Mullein is one of the most widely trusted respiratory herbs in Western herbalism. Its soft, velvety leaves have been traditionally used for centuries to support healthy respiratory function.
Chamomile brings its gentle, soothing quality, traditionally valued for calming and comforting.
Thyme is a powerful traditional respiratory herb. Its aromatic volatile oils have been used across European folk herbalism for centuries to support the respiratory system.
Traditional Uses
Mullein has been used since ancient Greek and Roman times for respiratory support and remains one of the most widely used lung herbs in Western herbalism today. Thyme has a similarly long history. European herbalists have valued it for centuries for supporting healthy respiratory function. Chamomile adds gentle calming support and has its own tradition of use for soothing comfort.
Directions
Take 10 to 30 drops in water or juice, once or twice a day. Start with a lower dose and work up.

Ingredients: 50% grain alcohol, organic Verbascum spp. (mullein), organic Matricaria chamomilla (chamomile flowers), organic Thymus sp. (thyme)
Caution: Consult your healthcare provider before use if pregnant, nursing, taking blood thinners, or if you have bleeding disorders or are planning surgery. Thyme may stimulate the uterus. Avoid if allergic to Asteraceae family plants (ragweed, chrysanthemum, daisy). Discontinue 2 weeks before surgery.
