What is the difference between a tincture and a tea blend?

Tinctures are concentrated liquid herbal extracts made by soaking herbs in alcohol or glycerin for several weeks. They are taken by the dropperful and absorb quickly. Tea blends are dried herbs meant to be steeped in hot water and sipped. Teas are gentler and work well for daily use, while tinctures deliver a stronger dose in a smaller amount.

Can I get a custom herbal blend made for me?

Yes. Bonnie offers one-on-one herbal consultations starting at $25 where she can create a custom tea blend, tincture, or supplement formula based on your specific needs. You can also build a custom tea blend through the free Herban Herbalist mobile app.
