HEADACHE TONIC: HERBAL EXTRACT FOR HEAD COMFORT
A targeted four-herb formula combining traditional European botanicals long valued for supporting comfort during times of occasional head tension. This is one of my most requested formulas, and I keep a bottle in my bag at all times.
The Formula:
Feverfew is one of the most well-known herbs in traditional European herbalism associated with head comfort. It has been used for this purpose since at least the first century. Rosemary has been traditionally used to support healthy circulation and is associated with mental clarity. Skullcap is a classic nervine herb, traditionally used to support a calm nervous system during times of occasional tension. Wood betony is an underappreciated herb with deep roots in traditional European herbalism, traditionally valued for supporting head comfort and relaxation.
Traditional Uses:
These four herbs have been combined in traditional herbal practice to support comfort during times of occasional head tension and nervous system stress. Feverfew's traditional reputation for supporting head comfort is well established across centuries of use. Skullcap and wood betony support the nervous system, while rosemary is traditionally associated with circulation and mental clarity.
Directions:
Take 10-30 drops in water or juice, once or twice a day. Start with a lighter dose and work up.

Ingredients: 40% grain alcohol, organic Chrysanthemum parthenium (feverfew), organic Rosmarinus officinale (rosemary), organic Scutellaria baicalensis (skullcap), organic Stachys officinalis (wood betony)
Caution: Consult your healthcare provider before use if pregnant, nursing, taking medications (especially blood thinners, sedatives, blood pressure meds, lithium), or if you have seizure disorders or bleeding disorders. Feverfew promotes menstruation and is contraindicated with anticoagulants. Rosemary in medicinal doses may cause seizures in susceptible individuals. Avoid if allergic to Asteraceae family plants.
