Sometimes when you have a headache, sitting down and relaxing with a hot cup of tea is all you want to do. I created this blend exactly for those moments, using herbs that have been traditionally used for relaxation. I especially enjoy a bit of mint infused honey with this blend.
A soothing, floral blend of five herbs traditionally used in Western herbalism to promote comfort and relaxation during times of occasional tension. Each pouch makes approximately 30 cups of tea.
The Flavor
Minty and floral. Chamomile brings a gentle, honeyed sweetness with that familiar calming aroma. Peppermint adds a cool, bright finish that lingers. Lemon balm contributes a soft citrus note, while skullcap and feverfew add mild, earthy complexity in the background. It's a smooth, easy-to-drink cup.

Traditional Herbal Uses
Feverfew has been used in traditional European herbalism for centuries and is one of the most well-known herbs associated with head comfort. Chamomile and lemon balm have long been valued for promoting relaxation and supporting a calm state. Skullcap is traditionally recognized as a nervine herb that supports the nervous system during times of occasional tension. Peppermint is traditionally used to promote a soothing, cooling sensation.
How to Use
Place 1 teaspoon of herb blend in a cup or mesh tea infuser. Adjust amount for taste or strength. Pour boiling water over tea and steep for 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
