I have seen a lot of herbal tea blends for women's needs on the market, but not men, so I decided to create a tea blend that addressed men's wellness. Normally women take an interest in herbs and natural health, but I am finding out that more and more men are also taking an interest in herbs.
A bold, earthy blend of seven traditional herbs selected for their long history of use in Western and Chinese herbalism for supporting men's vitality and overall wellness. Each pouch makes approximately 30 cups of tea.
The Flavor
Deep and grounding. Sarsaparilla and eleuthero root create a rich, earthy base with warm, slightly woody undertones. Licorice root adds a natural sweetness that balances the blend without any added sugar. Fo-ti and saw palmetto bring subtle bitterness and depth, while muira puama and horny goat weed round out the profile with mild, herbal complexity.

Traditional Herbal Uses
Saw palmetto has been traditionally used to support prostate health and male hormonal wellness. Eleuthero (Siberian ginseng) is a well-known adaptogenic herb traditionally used to support stamina and endurance. Sarsaparilla and licorice root have long been valued for supporting the body's natural cleansing processes. Fo-ti is traditionally recognized in Chinese herbalism for promoting vitality and longevity. Muira puama and horny goat weed have been traditionally used across cultures to support men's energy and drive.
How to Use
Place 1 teaspoon of herb blend in a cup or mesh tea infuser. Adjust amount for taste or strength. Pour boiling water over tea and steep for 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
