Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. I ship everywhere in the U.S. from my workshop in Rosendale, Wisconsin. Orders over $100 ship free. Most orders go out within 1 to 3 business days.
Are your products all-natural?
I use real herbs, essential oils, soy wax, and natural ingredients in everything I make. No artificial fragrances or synthetic fillers. Each batch is made by hand in small quantities so nothing sits on a shelf for months.
Are products made to order?
Most products are already made and ready to ship. Custom tea blends and consultation-based remedies are made to order after we talk about what you need.
What's your return policy?
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, reach out to me at info@herbanherbalist.com and I'll make it right. Because these are handcrafted herbal products, I can't accept returns on opened items.
