Wild yam root and licorice root are traditionally valued for supporting women's comfort during hormonal transitions. Raspberry leaf is perhaps the most iconic herb in women's wellness, valued for generations as a foundational uterine tonic. Rosehips are naturally rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, supporting overall wellness from the inside out.
