I created this blend during one of the rare times I had a cold and my head was completely stuffed up. I still had to go to work, and the portability of a roll-on was perfect for bringing with me and inhaling whenever I needed it to get through my shift.
The Blend
Eucalyptus essential oil leads with its signature camphor-like clarity, a scent that immediately makes the air feel more open. Peppermint essential oil adds a bright, cooling layer that complements the eucalyptus. Thyme essential oil brings an herbaceous warmth that grounds the blend and adds depth. Together they create an aroma like a steam inhalation: bracing, clearing, and refreshing.
How to Use
Roll onto the chest, throat, or simply hold under your nose and inhale. Reapply as needed throughout the day, especially during seasonal changes.
