Overview
Artichoke is a Mediterranean plant prized for its liver-supportive properties and digestive benefits. 1-2 tsp herb infused 1C boiling water or 1oz dried herb for 1 pint of water, 1 Cup tea three times daily; 15-30 drops tincture up to three times daily
Habitat & Growing Conditions:
Native to the Mediterranean, can be grown as a perennial in zones 7-11, as an annual in colder regions. Likes sandy, loam soil in full sun to partial shade
