Cynara scolymus

Artichoke is a Mediterranean herb valued primarily for supporting liver function and aiding digestion. The leaves contain antioxidants and bitter compounds traditionally used to aid liver cleansing and bile flow, while also helping reduce bloating, support fat digestion, and promote metabolic balance.
