Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Herban Herbalist is committed to providing personalized and high-quality services. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we have established the following appointment rescheduling and cancellation policy. Please review this policy carefully before scheduling your appointment.

Rescheduling Policy

  1. Advance Notice:

    • Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

  2. How to Reschedule:

    • Clients can reschedule appointments by contacting us via:

  3. One-Time Courtesy Reschedule:

    • We understand that emergencies happen. Each client is allowed one complimentary reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice per calendar year.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Advance Cancellations:

    • Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur any fees, and deposits (if applicable) will be refunded or credited.

  2. Late Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50%. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future appointments.

  3. No-Shows:

    • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will not be refunded.

Deposits and Refunds

  1. Deposit Requirements:

    • Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and is applied to the total cost of the service.

  2. Refunds:

    • Deposits for appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice are fully refundable.

    • Deposits for late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Emergency Exceptions

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis for emergencies such as:

  • Severe illness

  • Family emergencies

  • Unforeseen travel delays
