How To Cleanse Your Energy
We bathe and cleanse our bodies physically everyday. But, how often to you cleanse your energy or aura? While removing dirt can leave you feeling refreshed, it is just as important to periodically get rid of our energetic dirt. Without cleansing every so often, energetic 'dirt' can start to affect us mentally, emotionally, and potentially physically. Here are a few simple ways to get rid of that heavy feeling of muck in our energetic field.
1. Cleansing Bath. You can take a bath with some cleansing herbs and soak in it for 15-20 minutes. For a list of good cleansing herbs, click here. Simply make a tea with the herbs, strain, and add the tea to your bath water. You can also add some Florida Water if you'd like. After you are done soaking, it is best to air dry and wipe yourself in a downward motion.
2. Cleansing Rinse. If you don't want to take an actual bath, you can do a simple rinse in your shower. Prepare a tea using cleansing herbs, for a list click here. You can add a dash of Florida Water if you'd like. Add enough water to bring the tea to a comfortable temperature. Go into your shower or bathtub and pour the tea blend over you and wipe yourself in a downward directions. Air dry if possible.
3. Cleansing Spray. You can make a cleansing spray using distilled water and essential oils of cleansing herbs. You can also add a pinch of herb to your spray for ones you don't have essential oils of. You can also add a few drops of Florida Water. Shake well and spritz yourself in a downward motion, visualizing removing the negative energy.
4. Quick and Dirty Methods. You can take some Florida Water and sprinkle it over you. Alternately, you can take sea salt and scrub yourself in a downward motion and rinse.
Whatever method you choose to do is up to you as long as you take the time to do it. You will feel better and lighter for it. Once your energy is clear, you can focus on the goodness you'd like to bring into your life.
