Are You Foul? How To Change Your Vibration
We all get in foul moods on occasion. Did you ever notice that when you are in one of those 'moods' everything seems to go wrong? Esther Hicks, who channels Abraham, has said the best thing to do when you are in one of those moods is to take a nap. However, that isn't always practical.
Another way to change your vibration is to take a deep breath and focus on things to be grateful for. Now, that may be easier said than done when you are depressed or cranky. Sometimes, you may just need to go back to the basics. Some examples may be:
1. Being grateful that you woke up this morning.
2. Being grateful that you are breathing.
3. Being grateful you have your sight.
4. Being grateful that you are healthy.
5. Being grateful that there is a roof over your head.
6. Being grateful that you have all of your limbs.
It may seem a little ridiculous at first, but it will get you to turn the ship around. Be basic at first, and more will come to you of things to be grateful for. Before you know it, you will shift your vibration and your mood. One thing to remember, no matter how bad you have it, there is someone out there that has it worse and would love to have your problems. Being thankful or grateful should be something practiced daily, and not just at Thanksgiving. It will change your life!
